REFUND POLICY

Return Period:
The user may return the products purchased at Rally-Pass.com and ask for a refund if applicable by the specific product purchase conditions, within 7 (seven) days from the date of their receipt. Products must be returned in the same state in which they were received by the user and accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase, otherwise the return will not be considered valid and may therefore be rejected by the seller.

Non-Refundable Transaction Payment Fees:
Rally-Pass.com uses independent platforms like PayPal or Stripe to collect payments. For reasons imposed on us by their refunding policies the transaction fees involved on the user purchase, are considered non-refundable.
