SHIPPING POLICY
Items purchased at RALLY-PASS.COM will only be shipped to our clients, between 7 to 10 days before the event they relate to. This procedure happens for security and fraud prevention reasons.
From 7 days prior to the event, items will not be shipped as we cannot guarantee they will be delivered on time at the client's address. These orders must be collected physically at the Customer Service Help Desk, located at the event location- Tryp Porto Expo Hotel, from 06 - 09 May 2024.
Some items in our store are not shippable as they can be delivered in a digital form. Always check information of each product before buying.
In those cases, the client will be contacted by email or phone a few days before the event, to receive all the information about the service bought and how to proceed.
